布地奈德混悬液联合甘氨酸茶碱缓释片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液联合甘氨酸茶碱缓释片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果。方法选取2020年6—11月我院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各30例,两组均给予常规治疗的同时,对照组患者采用甘氨酸茶碱缓释片治疗,试验组患者采用布地奈德混悬液联合甘氨酸茶碱缓释片治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者的临床效果及用药后的安全性。结果治疗7 d后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组的PaO2、PaCO2及FEV1较治疗前有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者在心慌、震颤、头晕、失眠、胃肠道不适等反应方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合甘氨酸茶碱缓释片治疗慢阻肺急性期,能够改善患者临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of budesonide suspension combined with theophylline glycine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of acute exacerbation of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide suspension combined with glycine theophylline sustained-release tablets in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute exacerbation period.Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from June to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.At the same time,patients in the control group were treated with glycine theophylline sustained-release tablets.Patients in the experimental group were treated with budesonide suspension combined with glycine theophylline sustained-release tablets.The clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment and the safety after medication were compared.Results After seven days of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).PaO2,PaCO2,and FEV1 of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of palpitation,tremor,dizziness,insomnia,and gastrointestinal discomfort (P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide suspension and theophylline glycine sustained-release tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute phase,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
