脑瘫高危儿早期综合康复治疗的临床疗效

目的 探讨早期综合康复治疗对脑瘫高危儿的临床疗效。方法 选取我院小儿神经专科2018 年1 月至2020 年1 月收治的50 例高危儿,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组26 例和康复组24 例;对照组采取医院常规康复治疗,包括运动疗法、营养神经药物、普通针刺、康复指导及宣教等;康复组在对照组基础上给予早期综合康复治疗,包括语言、动作、个人社会交往和认知能力这四个方面的家庭治疗。对两组患儿干预前后分别进行Gesell评估发育商数（DQ）,对比分析两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 康复组的精细运动、大运动、言语、应人、应人DQ 评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期综合康复治疗较常规康复更能显著改善脑瘫高危儿的智能水平、促进神经系统的发育、减少小儿脑瘫后遗症的发生率,疗效显著,值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for children at high risk of cerebral palsy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on children at high risk of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 50 children with high risk who were admitted to the Department of Pediatric Neurology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (n=26)and the rehabilitation group (n=24) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment in the hospital,including exercise therapy,neurotrophic drugs,common acupuncture,rehabilitation guidance,education,etc.On the basis of the control group,the rehabilitation group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,including language,movement,personal social interaction and cognitive ability of the four aspects of family therapy.The development quotients(DQ) of the two groups were evaluated by Gesell before and after intervention,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of fine motor,general motor,speech,response and response DQ in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation,early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the intelligence level of children at high risk of cerebral palsy,promote the development of the nervous system,and reduce the incidence of sequelae of cerebral palsy in children.It has a significant curative effect and is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
