腹腔镜胃癌根治术中应用雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗的安全性研究

目的 评估腹腔镜胃癌根治术中使用雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗的安全性指标及不良反应发生情况。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月内62例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的进展期胃癌患者,随机分为两组,每组各31例。对照组患者采用常规腹腔镜胃癌根治手术,观察组患者在常规腹腔镜胃癌根治术基础上联合雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗。观察并评估两组患者的相关毒性指标和不良反应发生情况。结果 两组术前术后血常规指标包括白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞计数(RBC)和肝肾功能指标血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素(BUN)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为32.26%和38.71%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 进展期胃癌患者术中采用雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗相对安全可靠,并没有增加患者的相关毒性指标与不良反应。

Research on the safety of intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy with raltitrexed in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the safety index and adverse reactions (ARs) of intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy with raltitrexed in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected.They were randomLy divided into the control group (n=31) and the observation group(n=31).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,while those in the observation group were treated with intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy with raltitrexed based on the conventional laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.The related toxicity indices and ARs of patients in the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results The preoperative and postoperative blood routine indices,including white blood cell count (WBC),platelet count (PLT) and red blood cell count (RBC),and hepatic and renal function indices,including serum creatinine (Cr),blood urea (BUN),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) between the two groups of patients were compared,without statistically significant differences (P>0.05).The inci dence of ARs in the observation group and the control group were 32.26% and 38.71%,respectively,without statistically significant differences between the two groups of data (P>0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy with raltitrexed in patients with advanced gastric cancer is relatively safe and reliable and does not increase the related toxicity indices and ARs of patients.
