虚拟现实结合上肢机器人训练系统对脑卒中上肢功能恢复的影响 |

摘 要: | 目的 探讨虚拟现实结合上肢机器人训练系统对脑卒中上肢功能恢复的影响。方法 选择2018年1月至2019年1月收治的48例脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各24例。两组均接受常规康复训练,对照组在此基础上给予上肢机器人训练,观察组给予虚拟现实结合上肢机器人训练。分别于训练前、训练第4周、训练第8周采用简易上肢功能评价(STEF)、Fugl-Meyer上肢评定量表(FMA-UE)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)和Brunnstrom分期对两组患者的上肢运动功能进行评价。结果 训练后两组STEF评分、FMA-UE评分、MBI评分均呈显著增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组训练第4周和训练第8周时的STEF评分、FMA-UE评分、MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组训练第4周、第8周和对照组训练第8周Brunnstrom分期均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组训练第4周、第8周时的Brunnstrom分期优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 虚拟现实结合上肢机器人训练系统可有效促进脑卒中后上肢功能恢复,其应用效果优于单独上肢机器人训练系统。

The effect of virtual reality combined with upper limb robot training system on the functional recovery of the upper limb after stroke |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality combined with the upper limb robot training system on the recovery of upper limb function after stroke.Methods A total of 48 patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training.The control group was given an upper-limb robot training system on this basis,and the observation group was given virtual reality combined with upper-limb robot training.Before training,at the fourth week of training and the eighth week of training,the simple upper extremity function evaluation (STEF),Fugl-Meyer upper extremity assessment scale (FMA-UE),modified Barthel index (MBI),and Brunnstrom staging were used to evaluate the upper limb motor function of the two groups.Results After training,the STEF score,FMA-UE score,and MBI score of the two groups showed a significant increase trend,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The STEF score,FMAUE score,and MBI score of the observation group at the fourth and eighth weeks of training were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Brunnstrom staging in the fourth and eighth weeks of the observation group and the eighth week of the control group were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Brunnstrom staging in the fourth and eighth weeks of training of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual reality combined with the upper limb robot training system can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb function after stroke,and its application effect is better than that of the upper limb robot training system alone. |
