补阳还五汤治疗创伤性周围神经损伤的临床疗效

目的 探讨在常规神经外膜吻合的基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗创伤性周围神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月我院收治的创伤性周围神经损伤的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组在常规神经外膜吻合的基础上,治疗组予以补阳还五汤加减口服,对照组予以甲钴胺片口服,两组患者疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前、后的中医证候评分,治疗后3个月和6个月的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度,统计两组的近期疗效。结果 两组治疗后手足麻木不仁、刺痛、肌肤甲错和舌质紫暗或瘀斑中医证候积分明显低于治疗前(P0.01);两组术后6个月运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度显著增高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P0.01);治疗组的近期有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 补阳还五汤能够缓解创伤性周围神经损患者的临床症状,提高肌电图中神经传导速度。

Clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of traumatic peripheral nerve injury

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of traumatic peripheral nerve injury based on conventional epineurium anastomosis.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,a total of 60 patients with traumatic peripheral nerve injury who were admitted to our hospital were randomLy divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group.On the basis of conventional epineurium anastomosis,the treatment group was given modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction orally.The control group was given mecobalamin tablets orally.The treatment course was 6 months in both groups.The TCM syndrome scores in both groups before and after treatment,and the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were observed.The short-term efficacy was statistically analyzed in both groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes including the numbness of hands and feet,tingling,squamous and dry skin,and dark purple tongue or ecchymosis after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01);the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity in both groups were increased significantly at 6 months after operation,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01);the short-term effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with traumatic peripheral nerve injury and increase the nerve conduction velocity in the electromyogram.
