| 摘 要： | 目的 探究镜像疗法结合步态诱发功能性电刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能及步行功能的影响.方法 选择120例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例.对照组予步态诱发功能性电刺激,观察组在对照组基础上予镜像疗法,2组均治疗4周.观察2组治疗前后的肢体运动功能、步行功能、肌电积分值及治疗后日常生活能力....
