星状神经阻滞疗法联合传统针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效

目的探讨星状神经阻滞疗法联合传统针刺与星状神经阻滞疗法治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1—11月本院针灸科门诊及住院部、眼科门诊及住院部的60例动眼神经麻痹患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用星状神经阻滞疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用传统针刺方法,比较两组治疗后眼裂大小、眼球运动、复视评分、斜视角度、瞳孔大小、光反射指标及总有效率。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的66.7%(20/30,P0.05);治疗后两组眼裂大小、眼球运动、复视评分、斜视角度、瞳孔大小、光反射均优于治疗前(P0.01)。且治疗后观察组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论星状神经阻滞疗法联合传统针刺能促进动眼神经麻痹的恢复,疗效优于单一星状神经阻滞疗法。

Clinical effect of stellate nerve block therapy combined with traditional acupuncture in the treatment of oculomotor nerve palsy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of stellate nerve block therapy combined with traditional acupuncture and stellate nerve block therapy in the treatment of oculomotor nerve palsy.Methods A total of 60 patients with oculomotor nerve palsy from January to November,2020 in the acupuncture department and inpatient department,ophthalmology clinic and inpatient department of our hospital were randomLy divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received stellate nerve block therapy,and the observation group used traditional acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The size of the eye cleft,eye movement,diplopia score,strabismus angle,pupil size,light reflection index,and total efficiency were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than 66.7%(20/30) of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the size of eye cleft,eye movement,diplopia score,strabismus angle,pupil size and light reflection in the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.01).And after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Stellate nerve block therapy combined with traditional acupuncture can promote the recovery of oculomotor nerve palsy,and its curative effect is better than single stellate nerve block therapy.
