细节护理在肝癌切除术患者围术期护理中的应用及对其炎症反应发生的影响

目的 探讨细节护理在肝癌切除术患者围术期护理中的应用及对其炎症反应发生的影响。方法 回顾性分析2017 年9 月至2019 年9 月来我院进行原发性肝癌切除的的患者68 例,依据患者在围术期选择的不同护理方法,将患者分为观察组（n=38）与对照组（n=30）,观察组进行精细化护理,对照组进行常规护理。比较观察组与对照组的住院、创口愈合、引流管拔除、肛门排气时间,并发症的发生率、CRP 水平、满意度评分。结果 观察组的住院时间、创口愈合时间、引流管拔除时间、肛门排气时间均显著少于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组在进行细节护理后,CRP 水平显著高于对照组常规护理后（P<0.05）;观察组其满意度评分为（8.12±0.74）分,对照组为（6.14±0.24）分,观察组满意度评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 细节化护理能够有效缩短患者的住院、创口愈合、引流管拔除、肛门排气时间,降低并发症的发生率及炎症反应,能够促进患者对护理人员的满意度。表明细节护理在肝癌切除术期患者围术期护理中效果良好,值得推广应用。

The application of detailed nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer resection and its influence on the occurrence of inflammation

Objective To explore the application of detailed nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer resection and its impact on the occurrence of inflammatory reactions.Methods Sixty-eight patients who came to our hospital for primary liver cancer resection from September 2017 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing methods selected by the patients during the perioperative period,they were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group (n=38) received refined nursing.The control group (n=30) received routine nursing.The time of hospitalization,wound healing,drainage tube removal,anal exhaust time,the incidence of complications,CRP level,and satisfaction score between the observation group and the control group were compared.Results The hospitalization time,wound healing time,drainage tube removal time,and anal ex haust time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group (P<0.05).The CRP level after detailed nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after routine nursing(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was (8.12±0.74)points,which was significantly higher than that(6.14±0.24) points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing can effectively shorten the time of hospitalization,wound healing,drainage tube removal,and anal exhaust,reduce the incidence of complications and inflammation,and promote the satisfaction of patients with the nursing population.It shows that detailed nursing has a good effect in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing liver cancer resection and is worthy of popularization and application.
