Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of serum ischemia modified albumin(IMA)and myoglobin(MYO)in the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:133 patients diagnosed and treated in Chest Pain Center of our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the experimental group:according to the time from chest pain to blood collection,they were divided into<3 h group,3-6 h group and 6-12 h group;according to the cause of chest pain,they were divided into non ischemic chest pain(NICP)group and ACS group(according to the different performance,they were further divided into UA group,NSTEMI group and STEMI group),and 30 healthy subjects were randomly selected as control group.The serum concentrations of IMA and MYO were measured to evaluate their value in the early diagnosis of ACS.Results:The levels of IMA and MYO in UA group,NSTEMI group and STEMI group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The levels of serum IMA and MYO in<3 h group,3-6 h group and 6-12 h group were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of IMA combined with MYO in the diagnosis of ACS were 92.16%and 85.71%,respectively.Conclusion:IMA combined with MYO can greatly improve the sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of ACS,exclude the patients with NICP as soon as possible,and has a certain value in the early diagnosis of ACS.
