阿仑膦酸钠联合侧方椎体间融合术在腰椎退行性疾病中的效果

目的 探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合侧方椎体间融合术(LLIF)在腰椎退行性疾病中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的80例腰椎退行性疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,两组均行LLIF治疗,对照组术后采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用阿仑膦酸钠。比较两组术前、术后3个月的腰椎功能(腰椎功能障碍评估表(ODI)]、疼痛程度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)];术后连续随访6个月,比较两组康复质量、生活质量生活质量评估量表(SF-36)],比较两组术后1个月的并发症发生率(脊髓炎、腰椎不稳、腰椎松动、椎间隙感染)。结果 随访6个月,观察组康复优良率95.00%,高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组术后ODI、VAS评分均较术前降低,SF-36评分较术前上升,观察组ODI、VAS评分较对照组低,SF-36评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。术后观察组并发症总发生率5.00%,低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 阿仑膦酸钠联合LLIF用于腰椎退行性疾病中可降低并发症发生率,改善腰椎功能,减轻疼痛症状,还可促进术后康复,改善患者生活质量。

Efficacy of alendronate sodium combined with lateral lumbar interbody fusion on lumbar degenerative diseases

Objective To investigate the efficacy of alendronate sodium combined with lateral lumbar interbody fusion(LLIF) on lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with LLIF.The control group was treated with conventional drugs after operation,while the observation group was treated with alendronate sodium on the basis of the control group.The lumbar functionlumbar dysfunction assessment form (Oswestry disability index,ODI)] and pain degree visual analogue scale (VAS)]between the two groups before and 3 months after operation were compared.The patients were continuously followed up for 6 months after operation.The rehabilitation quality and quality of life (QoL) QoL assessment scale (short form-36,SF-36)] of the two groups were compared,and the incidences of complications (myelitis,lumbar instability,lumbar mobilization and intervertebral infection) of the two groups at 1 month after operation were compared.Results After 6 months of follow-up,the excellent and good recovery rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After operation,the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were all lower than those before operation,and the SF-36 scores were higher than those before operation (P<0.05).The ODI and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00% in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Alendronate sodium combined with LLIF in lumbar degenerative diseases can reduce the incidence of complications,improve lumbar function,relieve pain symptoms,promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve the QoL of patients.
