运动康复对急性脑梗死患者NLR、PLR的影响

摘    要:目的对急性脑梗死患者进行运动康复治疗,观察其对患者血NLR、PLR的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年4月住院的急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,两组入院后均给予抗血小板聚集、降血糖等治疗,对照组按神经内科给予常规治疗,观察组在生命体征平稳后给予康复运动治疗;两组在治疗前及治疗后4周,清晨空腹时采集外周静脉血行NLR、PLR测定,在治疗前及治疗后2、4周进行日常生活活动能力、运动功能评定。结果观察组治疗后4周NLR、PLR水平明显低于同期对照组(P0.05),且日常生活活动能力、运动功能评分明显高于同期对照组(P0.05)。结论早期运动康复治疗可降低NLR、PLR值,提高肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力。

Effect of exercise rehabilitation on NLR and PLR in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Abstract:Objective To perform exercise rehabilitation therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to observe its effects on blood NLR and PLR in patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 patients in each group.Both groups were given anti-platelet aggregation,and hypoglycemic treatment after admission.The control group were given routine treatment care according to the department of neurology,and the observation group were given rehabilitation exercise therapy after vital signs were stable.The levels of NLR and PLR were determined in the two groups before and at 4 weeks after treatment,using peripheral venous blood collected in the early morning on an empty stomach.The ability of daily living activities and motor function were assessed before and at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results At 4 weeks after treatment,the levels of NLR and PLR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in the same period(P<0.05).The scores of ability of daily living activities and motor function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the same period (P<0.05).Conclusion Early exercise rehabilitation can reduce the levels of NLR,PLR and improve the motor function of extremities and ability of daily living activities.
