| 摘 要： | 目的 研究加味二陈汤灌胃对肥胖大鼠肠道菌群的结构及多样性的影响.方法 选择12只喂养肥胖幼鼠,随机分为对照组7只和加味二陈汤组5只.对照组生理盐水灌胃5周,加味二陈汤组予加味二陈汤灌胃5周.灌胃结束后采集各组肥胖大鼠粪便样品,利用高通量测序技术,检测粪便样品中细菌16SrRNA基因片段中的V3、V4区域.采用上海美吉生...
