国内左右半结肠癌患者生存率情况Meta分析

目的运用系统评价方法探讨国内左右半结肠癌患者1、3、5年生存率的差异,为临床预后评价及个体化治疗提供循证依据。方法计算机检索CNKI、维普和万方中文数据库,收集比较国内左右半结肠癌预后情况的研究,检索时间均从2010年1月至2020年6月。由2位评价员按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入9个研究,累计纳入2923例研究者,Meta分析显示左右半结肠癌的1年生存率差异不大,分别为94.4%和92.1%,但左半结肠癌的5年生存率明显高于右半结肠癌,分别为57.2%和48.3%(RR=1.68,95%CI:1.44～1.97,P0.00001)。结论左半结肠癌患者的1年生存率与右半结肠癌患者无显著差异,但左半结肠癌患者的3年生存率和5年生存率明显高于右半结肠癌患者。

Meta analysis of the survival rate of patients with left and right colon cancer in China

Objective To explore the difference in 1,3,and 5-year survival rates of patients with colon cancer in China using systematic evaluation methods,and provide evidence-based evidence for clinical prognosis evaluation and individualized treatment.Methods The CNKI,Weipu,and Wanfang Chinese databases were searched by computer.The studies of the prognosis of left and right colon cancer in China were collected.The search time was from January 2010 to June 2020.Two reviewers screened the literature and extracted the data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 9 studies were included,and 2923 investigators were included.Meta analysis showed that the 1-year survival rate of left and right colon cancer was not much different(94.4% vs.92.1%).But the 5-year survival rate of left colon cancer (57.2%) was significantly higher than in right colon cancer (48.3%) (RR=1.68,95%CI:1.44-1.97,P<0.00001).Conclusion The 1-year survival rate of patients with left colon cancer is not significantly different from that of patients with right colon cancer,but the 3-year survival rate and 5-year survival rate of patients with left colon cancer are significantly higher than those of patients with right colon cancer.
