COVID-19疫情初期某医学院大学生口罩使用行为现况调查

目的:了解COVID-19疫情初期大学生口罩佩戴行为现况及其影响因素,为开展针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法:采用线上问卷调查方式,对成都市某医学院大学生佩戴口罩的种类、开始时间、场所、频次、更换时间,以及佩戴时的正确、错误行为,佩戴后的处理方式等展开调查。结果:不同性别学生开始佩戴口罩时间、佩戴频次、种类、佩戴行为的正确率、场景认知均有显著性差异(P<0.01),男生使用口罩的依从性更高,女生使用口罩的知识技能更好;不同生源地的学生开始佩戴口罩时间、佩戴频次、种类、以及口罩的使用和处理方式均不同(P<0.05或P<0.01),城市生源地的学生开始佩戴口罩更早、佩戴频次更高且相关知识的正确掌握率更高。结论:绝大多数大学生对口罩的保护效果有较高的认知,且大多能在疫情初期正确佩戴口罩。建议针对调查发现的过度防护和口罩错误使用行为采取相应的健康教育。

Investigation on the use of masks among medical college students in the early stage of COVID-19 epidemic

Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of college students mask wearing behavior at the beginning of COVID-19 outbreak,and to provide a basis for carrying out targeted health education.Methods:An online questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the type,starting time,place and frequency of wearing masks,correct and wrong behaviors when wearing masks,the time of changing masks and the handling methods after wearing masks in college students of a medical school in Chengdu.Results:There were significant differences between male and female students in the starting time of wearing masks,wearing frequency,type,accuracy of wearing behavior,and scene cognition(P<0.01).Male students were more compliant in using masks,while female students had better knowledge and skills in using masks.The time to start wearing masks,the frequency of wearing masks,the types of masks,as well as the use and treatment of masks were varied in students from different birthplaces(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Those from cities started to wear masks earlier,wear them more frequently and had a higher correct grasp of relevant knowledge.Conclusion:The majority of college students have a high awareness of the protective effect of masks,and most of them can adopt correct behaviors of wearing masks at the beginning of the epidemic.It is recommended to take targeted health education for the excessive protection and the wrong use of masks found in this investigation.
