五味消毒饮联合牙周刮治术治疗牙周牙髓病的效果

目的 探讨五味消毒饮联合牙周刮治术治疗牙周牙髓病的效果。方法 选取本院2018年1月至2019年12月牙周牙髓病患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例,观察组实施五味消毒饮联合牙周刮治术治疗,对照组采用洁治术+抗生素局部上药及口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后牙周指数、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙龈指数及出血指数分别为(0.52±0.18)%、(2.36±0.19)mm、(0.59±0.14)%、(0.83±0.23)%,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且与对照组治疗后的(0.75±0.52)%、(4.26±0.36)mm、(0.94±0.22)%、(2.40±0.42)%比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组与对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.3%、70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,观察组低于对照组(6.6%vs. 26.7%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 五味消毒饮联合牙周刮治术治疗牙周牙髓病,对患者牙周指数改善作用显著,效果可靠、安全性高,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of Five-Ingredient Toxin-Eliminating Decoction combined with periodontal curettage in the treatment of periodontopulp disease

Objective To explore the efficacy of Five-Ingredient Toxin-Eliminating Decoction combined with periodontal curettage in the treatment of periodontopulp disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with periodontopulp disease from January 2018 to December 2019 of our hospital was included in the study.These patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Five-Ingredient Toxin-Eliminating Decoction combined with periodontal curettage,while the control group was treated with scaling combined with antibiotics topically and orally.The periodontal index,efficacy and the occurrence of ad verse reactions (ARs) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,gingival index and bleeding index of patients in the observation group were(0.52±20.18)%,(2.36±0.19) mm,(0.59±0.14)% and (0.83±0.23)%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the afore-mentioned indices in the control group were (0.75±0.52)%,(4.26±0.36)mm,(0.94±0.22)% and (2.40±0.42)%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those in the observation group (P<0.05).The total effective rates of treatment in patients of the observation group and the control group were 93.3% and 70.0%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of ARs in the observation group was 6.6%,which was lower than 26.7% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of periodontopulp disease,the combination of Five-Ingredient Toxin-Eliminating Decoction and periodontal curettage can significantly improve the periodontal index of patients.It has significant efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
