教师引导、分组PBL教学法在内分泌系统疾病教学中的运用
摘    要:目的 探讨教师引导、分组PBL教学法在内分泌系统疾病教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年9—10月我院临床医学系学生54名,按照不同教学方法随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各27名,试验组采用教师引导、分组PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。采用统计学分析两组学生的教学效果(理论考试、操作考试)、教学有效性、教学满意度。结果 试验组的理论考试成绩(88.25±2.43)分]和操作考试成绩(76.45±2.11)分]均显著高于对照组(P0.05);试验组学生的教学有效性为(46.25±1.23)分,教学满意度评分为(48.43±1.78)分,均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 PBL教师引导、分组PBL教学法在内分泌系统疾病教学中可显著提高教学效果。

Application of teacher-guided grouping PBL teaching method in endocrine system diseases teaching
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of teacher-guided grouping PBL teaching method in endocrine system diseases teaching.Methods From September to October in 2020,a total of 54 clinical medical students were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group (27 students) and the control group (27 students) according to different teaching methods.The experimental group was given teacher-guided grouping PBL teaching,while the control group was given traditional teaching method.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the teaching effect(theoretical examination and practical examination),teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The scores of theoretical examination (88.25±2.43) points and operation examination (76.45±2.11) points were both significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching effectiveness (46.25±1.23) points and teaching satisfaction (48.43±1.78) points of the students were also significantly better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teacher-guided grouping PBL teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect in endocrine system diseases teaching.
