不同年龄段的结直肠癌患者临床病理特征及生存差异分析

目的 分析不同年龄段结直肠癌患者的临床病理特征及生存差异。方法 通过收集SEER数据库中118 243例结直肠癌患者,探讨比较不同年龄段的临床病理特征和结直肠癌生存率差异。结果 在TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况、组织学分级、病理类型、肿瘤部位等临床因素,各年龄组之间差异均有统计学意义(P0.001)。组(2)(41～50岁)生存率为80.40%;组(3)(50岁)生存率为74.24%。组(2)和组(3)生存率高于组(1)(20～40岁)生存率的66.71%,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P0.001),不同临床分期各组之间3年生存率和5年生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论 年轻的结直肠癌患者临床表现较晚,总体存活率较低;比较三个年龄组的结直肠癌患者,组(2)(41～50岁)结直肠癌患者的生存预后最好,为结直肠癌的筛查提供了一定的指导意义。

Analysis of clinicopathological characteristics and survival differences in colorectal cancer patients of different ages

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics and survival differences of patients with colorectal cancer at different ages.Methods 118243 patients with colorectal cancer in the SEER database were collected.The clinicopathological characteristics and the difference in the survival rate of colorectal cancer in different age groups were explored and compared.Results There were statistical differences among age groups in clinical factors such as TNM grade,lymph node metastasis,histological grade,pathological type,and tumor location(P<0.001).The survival rate of group 2 (41-50 years old) was 80.40%.The survival rate of group 3 (>50 years old) was 74.24%.The survival rate of group 2 and group 3 was higher than that (66.71%) of group 1,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P<0.001).There was statistically significant difference in the 3-year survival rate and 5-year survival rate between groups of different clinical stages (P<0.001).Conclusion Young patients with colorectal cancer have a late clinical manifestation and a lower overall survival rate.The colorectal cancer patients in the three age groups are compared.The colorectal cancer patients of group 2 (41-50 years old) have the best survival prognosis,which provides some guidance for screening rectal cancer.
