早期冷敷及关节镜手术治疗半月板损伤疗效及对关节功能的影响

目的 探讨早期冷敷及关节镜手术治疗半月板损伤的临床效果及对患者关节功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月到2020年7月我院共收治的50例半月板损伤患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各25例,对照组患者仅给予关节镜手术治疗,研究组患者在术前实施早期冷敷后给予关节镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、手术相关指标、膝关节肿胀程度、膝关节活动度与膝关节功能评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后研究组患者各时间点的关节肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组的手术时间与术后功能活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后3个月研究组的膝关节功能评分与膝关节活动度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对半月板损伤患者应用早期冷敷联合关节镜手术治疗,能够明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,减轻患者膝关节肿胀程度,促进患者关节功能恢复,具有重要的临床推广应用价值。

The effect of early cold compress and arthroscopic surgery on meniscus injury and its influence on joint function

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early cold compress and arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury and its influence on patients'' joint function.Methods A total of 50 meniscal injury patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group by random number grouping method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group patients were given arthroscopic surgery.Patients in the study group were given arthroscopic surgery after early cold compresses before surgery.The treatment effect,surgery-related indicators,knee swelling degree,joint range of motion,and joint function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the study group was 96.0%,which was higher than that of (72.0%) in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of joint swelling in the study group was lower than that in the control group at each time point after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative functional activity time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The knee joint function score and knee joint range of motion in the study group were higher than those in the control group three months after surgery,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Early cold compress combined with arthroscopic surgery for patients with meniscus injury can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the treatment effect,reduce the knee swelling of the patients,and promote the recovery of the joint function of the patients.It has important clinical application value.
