红黄光治疗急性肿胀期玫瑰痤疮疗效观察

 目的: 探讨红黄光治疗急性肿胀期玫瑰痤疮的治疗效果。 方法：回顾分析2018年3月至2019年6月在中南大学湘雅医院皮肤科门诊的30例急性肿胀期玫瑰痤疮患者的治疗效果，所有患者均给予红黄光（1次/d，连续3 d）治疗，评估治疗3 d后的疗效以及不良反应。 结果： 治疗3 d后，患者皮肤潮红（2.37±1.10）及肿胀（1.30±0.75）评分均较治疗前（分别为2.80±0.99、1.93±0.74）明显下降，差异具有统计学意义（t值分别为2.77、4.29，P＜0.05）；治疗有效率达70.00%；治疗者满意率达86.66%；治疗期间未见明显不良反应。 结论： 红黄光治疗对于缓解急性肿胀期玫瑰痤疮患者面部潮红肿胀疗效确切，起效快，不良反应少。

The efficacy of red and yellow light on acute swelling of rosacea

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of red and yellow light on acute swelling of rosacea. Methods：We retrospectively analyzed 30 outpatients with acute swelling of rosacea at Xiangya hospital from March 2018 to June 2019. Efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated following therapy with red and yellow light once daily for three consecutive days. Results:Therapy with red and yellow light for 3 days markedly lowered the scores of skin flushing and swelling (skin flushing:2.37±1.10 vs 2.80±0.99,t=2.77,P<0.05; swelling:1.30±0.75 vs 1.93±0.74,t=4.29, P<0.05). The effective rate and patients′ satisfaction rate were 70.00% and 86.66%, respectively. No noticeable adverse reactions were observed during the therapy. Conclusion:Red and yellow light is safe and effective for alleviating facial flushing and swelling in patients with rosacea.
