四君子汤促进附骨疽患者创面的愈合作用

目的 探讨四君子汤促进附骨疽患者创面的愈合作用。方法 选择2019年8月至2020年8月在我院诊断治疗的附骨疽患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用手术、抗感染治疗,观察组在此基础上给予四君子汤药膳治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、生活质量、实验室指标及临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗后两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)治疗后两组WBC、CRP、ESR较治疗前均下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组比较,观察组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(4)与治疗前比较,治疗后两组生理、心理、生活质量总分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组生理、心理、生活质量总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 四君子汤促进附骨疽患者创面的愈合,改善症状体征,提高临床疗效。

Effect of Sijunzi Decoction on promoting wound healing of the patients with suppurative osteomyelitis

Objective To explore the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on promoting wound healing in the patients with suppurative osteomyelitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with suppurative osteomyelitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given surgery and anti-infection treatment.On this basis,the observation group was given Sijunzi Decoction for medicated diet treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes,quality of life,laboratory indicators,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results (1)The TCM syndrome scores in both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,with significant differences (P<0.05);compared with that in the control group,the decrease in the observation group was more significant after treatment,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).(2)WBC,CRP and ESR in the two groups were decreased more significantly after treatment than those before treatment,and the differ ences were significant (P<0.05);compared with that in the control group,the decrease in the observation group was more significant after treatment,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).(3)The recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the clinical efficacy was better than that in the control group,with signif icant difference (P<0.05).(4)Compared with those before treatment,the total scores of physiology,psychology and quality of life in the two groups were increased more significantly after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total scores of physiology,psychology,and quality of life in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction promotes the healing of the wounds of patients with suppurative osteomyelitis,improves symptoms and signs,and improves clinical efficacy.
