| 摘 要： | 报告大腿寻常狼疮1例.患者男,68岁.右大腿红斑、丘疹、斑块伴瘙痒30年.皮损组织病理检查示真皮浅层肉芽肿性炎,部分结节中央疑有坏死物,并见多核巨细胞、淋巴细胞浸润,真皮全层小血管周围少量淋巴细胞及个别浆细胞浸润.抗酸染色阳性,T-SPOT.TB检测阳性.PPD试验(++++).诊断:寻常狼疮.

| Abstract: | We present a case of lupus vulgaris in thigh. A 68 year old man complained of erythema, papules, plaques in the right groin and thigh for 30 years. Histological examination of skin showed dermis granulomatous inflammation, necrosis in the center with multinucleated giant cells, lymphocyte infiltration, and the whole dermis small blood vessels around a small amount of lymphocytes and individual plasma cell. Acid fast bacillus detection was positive, T SPOT.TB test was positive, PPD test was strong positive (+ + + +). Diagnosis: lupus vulgaris. |
