| 摘 要： | 目的:观察耳针沿皮透刺配合体针、头针配合体针及单纯体针治疗对急性期脑梗死患者肌力和神经功能恢复的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为体针组、头针组和耳针组,每组30例。耳针组采用耳针沿皮透刺法结合体针治疗,头针组采用头针结合体针治疗,体针组采用单纯体针治疗,均每日治疗1次,共治疗14 d。比较治疗前后3组患者肌力和神经功能评分变化,观察疗效差异。结果:治疗后肌力及神经功能缺损评分比较,耳针组、头针组均比体针组明显改善(P0.01),耳针组与头针组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);3组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分自身比较,治疗后均优于治疗前(P0.01);临床疗效比较显示,耳针组、头针组疗效优于体针组(P0.01),耳针组与头针组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:耳针沿皮透刺合体针、头针合体针治疗对急性期脑梗死患者肌力和神经功能恢复的疗效优于单纯体针治疗。 |
