小梁切除术羊膜植入术治疗开角型青光眼

目的　观察小梁切除联合羊膜植入术治疗开角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法　对 4 0例开角型青光眼 5 6只眼行小梁切除术 ,并在巩膜瓣下植入保存羊膜。观察术后眼压、视力、视野等情况。术后随访 1 2～ 30个月 ,平均随访 2 0个月 ,观察术后疗效。结果　术后与术前眼压比较 ,均有降低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,视力、视野保持不变或改善 ,随访期间眼压、视力及视野维持良好 ,手术有效率为 92 .5 4% ,未出现不良反应。结论　小梁切除联合羊膜植入术可较好地预防术后组织瘢痕形成 ,是安全、经济、有效地治疗青光眼的新方法

Trabeculectomy with the Use of Amniotic Membrane for Primary Open Angle Glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the application of amniotic membrane in trabeculectomy. Methods Preserved amniotic membrane was underlaid the scleral flap of trabeculectomy in eyes of patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).Intraocular pressure (IOP),visual field,vision acuity were detected pre-or post-operations.The patients were followed up for 12-28 months (average 20 months). Results The mean postoperative IOP was significantly decreased compared to preoperative IOP. The success rate of operation was 92.54% and without any special side effect.Conclusions The results implied that amniotic membrane implantation in trabeculectomy may play some roles in anti-fibrosis of filtering after surgery and seems a safe and effective procedure of anti-glaucoma operations.
