抚触对新生儿生理性黄疸的影响

目的　探讨抚触对新生儿生理性黄疸的影响。　方法　抚触组新生儿 4 7例 ,于生后每天 3次、每次 15 m in进行抚触。对照组 4 7例不进行抚触。 2组新生儿每天记录经皮测黄疸指数、摄奶量、大便次数 ,生后 2 4 h和 7d分别取静脉血测血清胆红素。　结果　抚触组新生儿从生后第 2天开始大便次数为 (2 .9± 1.2 )次较对照组 (2 .0± 1.0 )次增加 (P<0 .0 1) ;第 3天开始 ,摄奶量抚触组 (2 75 .7± 85 .4 ) ml较对照组 (2 13.9± 81.4 ) ml增加。黄疸指数抚触组 (15 .9± 1.6 )较对照组(16 .8± 1.6 )低 ,第 7天 ,总胆红素抚触组 (182 .1± 5 5 .1) μmol/ L 较对照组 (196 .8± 5 .1) μm ol/ L低 ,2组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ;随摄奶量增多 ,抚触组黄疸指数上升速度(r=0 .85 )较对照组慢 (r=0 .83,P<0 .0 5 )。　结论　抚触可以促进新生儿生理性黄疸的消退。

Study of the influence of massage on the physiological jaundice of neonate

Objectives To inspect the influence of massag on the physiological jaundice of neonate. Methods Study group (47 cases) was massaged 3 times per day and 15 minutes per times after delivery,comparing with the control group (47 cases)without massage.Transcutaneous bilirubin measurement index and volume of feedings within 24 hours were recorded in both groups.Serum bilirubin levels was tested at twenty-fourth hours and the seventh day. Results The volume of feedings were increased significantly from 3 days after birth in the massage group than those in the control group.Transcutaneous bilirubin measurement index were decreased in the massage group (r<0.85) comparing with control group (r<0.60) as the volume of feedings were increased (P<0.05). Conclusion The massage can accelerate excretion of the bilirubin through increasing the volume of feedings.
