血浆肝细胞生长因子在喉鳞状细胞癌中的意义

目的 探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF) 在喉鳞状细胞癌发生中的作用及其与喉鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征及淋巴结转移的关系.方法 应用ELISA 技术检测了36 例喉鳞状细胞癌患者术前、术后及25 例健康青年男性血浆HGF 水平.结果 喉鳞状细胞癌患者血浆HGF 水平较正常人明显升高,术后患者血浆HGF 水平明显下降.血浆HGF 水平与肿瘤大小、血管有无癌细胞浸润、腋淋巴结有无转移以及TNM 分期有关,而与确诊时年龄无关.结论 HGF在人喉鳞状细胞癌的发生中具有重要作用,能够促进喉鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展,可作为喉鳞状细胞癌独立的预后因子.

Significance of plasma level of human hepatocyte growth factor in larynx cancer

Objective To investigate the role of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in the development of human cancer of larynx and the relationship between HGF and clinicopathological factors.Methods The concentration of plasma HGF in 36 patients with larynx cancer and 25 young healthy men were measured by the quantitative sandwich enzyme linked immunoassay technique. Results The content of plasma HGF in the patients with larynx cancer was nearly four times higher than that of the healthy men , and the content of serum HGF decreased significantly after surgery. Correlation analyses showed that the HGF level was correlated with tumor size ,vessel involvement ,node status ,and TNM stage. No significant associations were found between the serum HGF content and age ,menopause status ,estrogen receptor , progesterone receptor.Conclusion HGF may play an important role in the development and progression of human cancer of larynx. The concentration of circulating hepatocyte growth factor may act as an independent prognostic indicator in primary cancer of larynx.
