不同麻醉方法在儿科有创操作应用中的护理体会

目的 探讨护理在儿科不同麻醉方法有创操作中的效果。方法 研究对象为2008年8月-2010年10月我院儿科收治的100例行有创操作（腰穿或骨穿）的患儿，随机分成氯胺酮组和水合氯醛组各50例，观察两组患儿用药后的起效时间、持续时间、穿刺过程中的配合程度、药物副作用的情况。结果 两组麻醉起效时间、配合度及不良反应发生率均有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）；但麻醉持续时间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 水合氯醛灌肠麻醉法配合有效护理措施效果显著，不良反应少，有很大临床价值，值得临床上推广应用。

The nursing on different anesthesia in the application of pediatric invasive manipulatio

Objective To explore the effects of nurse on different anesthesia in the application of pediatric invasive manipulatio Methods Admitted to our hospital from August 2008 to October 2010,and comfirmed by invasive manipulation(lumbar puncture or bone marrow puncture),100 patients analyzed retrospectively.100 patients were randomly divided into ketamine group and chloral hydrate group,and to observe its curative effect(include onset time、duration、compliance) and the adverse effect.Results The onset time、compliance、adverse effect was significantly different between the two groups(all P<0.01).But there was no significant difference between the two groups in level of duration(P>0.05).Conclusion The enema of chloral hydrate combined with effective nursing has significant curative effect,and few adverse effect,is worthy to be popularized.
