空气压力疗法对脑出血恢复期患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的探讨空气压力疗法对脑出血恢复期患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法将196例脑出血恢复期患者随机分为研究组98例和对照组98例,研究组在常规治疗基础上应用空气压力仪对下肢行物理治疗,而对照组只进行常规治疗,分别统计两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率及股静脉血流速度。结果研究组下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率较对照组低,股静脉血流峰速度和平均速度均较对照组快,差异均有显著意义。结论空气压力疗法对降低脑出血恢复期患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的发病率有一定的效果。

Affection of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis formation by air pressure treatment for patients suffered from cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the effect of air pressure therapy on convalescence of cerebral hemorrhage for pa- tients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity. Method 196 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were ran- domly divided into group study group and control group, 98 cases in each group. Study group was given basis rou- tine treatment combined with air pressure instrument for lower extremity physical therapy, the control group was given only conventional treatment, statistics for two groups of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and the incidence of femgral vein blood flow velocity. Result The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis is much lower than that of control group, femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and the average velocity is higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two group. Conclusion Air pressure therapy to reduce convalescence of cerebral hemorrhage for patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis incidence has opened up a new way of prevention.
