我国医院护理人力资源的调查研究(研究设计与方法)

摘    要:目的为了更好地解决我国护士短缺,对我国医院护理人力资源进行调查研究。方法详细介绍"我国医院护理人力资料调查"的设计和研究方法。采用多中心合作的方式,通过多阶段、分层和方便抽样、系统抽样和整群抽样的方法,对全国181家医院、9 698名护士以及6 494名病人进行调查。结果对研究方案的具体内容进行了详细说明,包括研究对象、抽样方案和样本,以及资料收集过程。结论本研究的方法可以为国内开展相关研究提供帮助,为护理人力配置、工作时间等提供决策依据。

Investigation of nursing human resources in Chinese hospital (The research design and methodology)

Abstract:Objective To solve the nursing shortage in China, this study aims to describe the nursing human re- source across national hospitals. Method This survey was a multi-center collaborative study. Multi-stage, stratified and convenience,systematic and cluster sampling were used in this study. 9 698 nurses and 6 494 pmients in 181 hospitals were sampled in China. Result The research design, research samples and sampling method, and data col- lection process were described in detail. Conclusion The research methodology can provide some useful information for the following studies,and research findings can provide academic evidence for nursing managers and policy mak- ers
