采用HORTIG气动传输系统实施手术室病理标本新鲜送检的效果分析

目的探讨手术病理标本新鲜送检流程管理的方法与效果。方法采用不同比例的前后对照研究,对照组:2010年4～9月采用传统标本流程管理;实验组2010年10～2011年3月,除夜班和急诊手术,所有标本均采用HORTIG气动传输系统实施新鲜标本送检流程。结果标本送检流程优化后,新鲜标本快速送检率由对照组的16.0%提高到实验组的84.2%;标本管理缺陷率从对照组的0.55%降低到实验组的0.01%,(均为P<0.001);从对照组的13 626次核对降低到实验组的2 808次核对,核对频率降低了79.4%。结论实施手术病理标本新鲜送检流程管理,能降低病理标本送检环节的安全隐患,提高送检病理标本质量和工作效率。

Management effectiveness of optimization reorganization of operating room pathologic specimens fresh submission process

Objective To study the methods of sending fresh surgery pathological specimens. Method Case-control study with different proportion from April 2010 to September was adapted. The specimens in control group was send by traditional specimens process management, which concluded 7458 conventional surgical specimens soaked by formalin, and 1300 fresh specimens send by HORTIG pneumatic transmission system promptly. From October 2010 to March 2011, the specimens in experimental group was send by HORTIG pneumatic transmission system promptly except which was taken by emergency operation. Result The fast inspection rate has risen from 16.0% in control group to 84.2% in experimental group （P〈0. 001）, while the defects rate of specimens management is down from 0.55% to 0.01% （P〈0. 001）. And the rate of check frequency decreases 79.4%. Conclusion Sending fresh surgery pathological specimens can reduce the security hidden danger, improve the quality and efficiency.
