| 摘 要： | 我院采用随机抽样的方法,对本市6730名20～30岁之间的男女青年,进行血清 HBsAg 乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率的调查,本市青年人群血清HBsAg 的阳性率为1.8‰。对查出的血清 HBsAg 阳性者均进一步做常规肝功能试验,从中确定乙型肝炎患者,得出无症状乙型肝炎在青年人群及 HBsAg阳性者中的发生率为0.09%。

| Abstract: | The positive rate of HBsA G serum is gained with randomsa- mpling in our institute.The res- ult is from 6730 young men and young women examined,aged 20 to 30,the residents of the city. All of the collected HBsAG serum which show positive were tested for a routine liver function.so the patients with hepatitis B were determined and the rate of hepa- titis B without symptoms between young groups and HBsAg who were positive was found out too.It will provide a very reliable data for the estimation of task and social importance to prevent and treat epidemic diseases including hepa- titis B in the future. |
