| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the hospital experience of control measures and methods in hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) at the peak time of morbidity.Methods From June 2009 to July 2010,293 cases of hospitalized child patients with HFMD were observed for symptomatic treatment,while strict hospital infection control measures were performed to prevent the non-occurrence of nosocomial infections.Results The average stay in hospital time 3.84 d,2 cases complicated by encephalitis,1 case complicated by myocarditis.After treatment and strict hospital infection control,all case not occurred nosocomial infection and Cured and discharged.Conclusion Strengthening the pre-triage,improve the rules and regulations,improve prevention and control in mind and make disinfection and isolation,and other widely popular missionary hospital infection control measures can effectively prevent HFMD spread in the hospital. |
