养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压48例临床观察

目的观察养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法将48例糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为2组。对照组25例予常规西药治疗,治疗组23例在对照组治疗基础上加用养阴活血汤。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效并观察治疗前后血压、空腹血糖变化情况。结果 2组治疗后收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）均较本组治疗前明显下降（P〈0.01）。2组治疗后空腹血糖较治疗前下降（P〈0.01）,但2组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率76%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论养阴活血汤在改善糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压及症状方面有效。

Clinical observation of Yangyinhuoxueon decoction on the treatment of diabetes with hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of Yangyinhuoxueon decoction on the treatment of diabetes with hypertension. Methods 48 cases of diabetes with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group（ n = 25 ） were treated by conventional western medicine. Treatment group received Yangyinhuoxueon decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. The course was four weeks in two groups. The changes of blood pressure and fasting blood glucose before and after treatment were observed for evaluation of the effect. Results FBG,Systolic Blood Pressure （SBP） and Diastolic Blood Pressure （DBP） after treatment was significantly de- creased as compared with that before treatment in two groups（P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.01 ）. The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 76% in control group. There was obvious difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yangyinhuoxueon decoction was effective in improving blood pressure and symptoms of diabetic patients with hypertension.
