木质纤维植物制乙醇研究进展

木质纤维植物是一个至今为止尚未被成功开发,且含有丰富的可作为特定工业用途的可发酵的糖的生物原料。木质纤维植物制乙醇越来越引起世界各国的广泛关注,技术研发的关注点几乎一致,均围绕着预处理、水解糖化、糖液发酵、酶制备等技术关键进行攻关。国外,木质纤维植物生产乙醇正逐步走向一个技术成熟的阶段,我国,该技术的成套化研发也已有报道。但是目前世界上还没有一家成功利用木质纤维植物生产乙醇的商业化运行企业。

Research Development of Wood Fiber Plant Made Alcohol

Wood fiber plant is only undeveloped biological raw material which is with fermentable sugar and can be applied for special industrial use.Wood fiber plant made alcohol is being paid more and more attention world widely.All the research is focused on technical keys,such as pretreatment,hydrolysis saccharification,sugar liquid fermentation and enzyme preparation.In abroad,production wood fiber plant made alcohol is gradually being developed to mature stage.In our country,the same technique research is also reported.But,there is no company which can commercially produce alcohol from wood fiber plant.
