低年资护士医嘱处理情况调查分析

目的 提高低年资护士医嘱处理能力，减少护理缺陷的发生率。方法 自设问卷了解工作4年内的低年资护士对医嘱处理的认知、实习期间学习医嘱处理的情况和工作期间医嘱处理执行情况。结果 87％的低年资护士认为医嘱处理重要，10％低年资护士在实习期间系统地学习过处理医嘱，57％的低年资护士自我评价能胜任医嘱处理这个班次。结论 应加强实习期间医嘱处理的教学，上岗前及工作后再次进行医嘱处理知识培训，从而全面提高低年资护士医嘱处理能力。

The investigation and analysis of the medical order treating conditions of low age and service seniority nurses

Objective To improve the medical order treating ability of low age and service seniority nurses and decrease the occurrence of nursing defect. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of doing medical order treating, the conditions of learning medical order treating during the practice and the performing conditions of medical order treating during the work of low age and service seniority nurses. Results 87% low age and service seniority nurses thought medical order treating were important, 10% had learnt medical order treating by the numbers during the practice, 57% thought that they were competent for the work of medical order treating. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen teaching probationer nurses about medical order treating. Before and after joining the job, these nurses should be trained to treat medical order again, so as to comprehensively improve the medical order treating ability.
