局部亚低温对脑出血后血管活性物质的影响

摘    要:目的研究局部亚低温治疗对急性脑出血患者神经肽Y(NPY)、神经降压素(NT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET)变化的影响。方法患者分为局部亚低温组和常规治疗组。局部亚低温组在药物治疗基础上加用局部亚低温治疗,观察发病第1天、第7天及第14天时血管活性物质的变化。结果患者血浆NT、CGRP和ET在第7天、第14天时下降,局部亚低温组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05或P<0.01);常规治疗组血浆NPY在第7天、第14天时升高。结论局部亚低温可调节脑出血后血浆NPY、NT、CGRP和ET的浓度,具有明显的脑保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of local mild hypothermia treatment on plasma vaso-active substance such as neuropeptide Y(NPY),neurotensin(NT),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) and endotheline(ET) in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups: local mild hypothermia group (35 patients) and routine treatment group (35 patients).Nineteen healthy persons served as control group. Routine treatment was used in the both groups, and the local mild hypothermia therapy was only used in local mild hypothermia group. NPY, NT, CGRP and ET in plasma at the 1 day, 7 days and 14 days after onset were assessed.Results The concentrations of NT, CGRP and ET in the plasma of the two group were markedly higher than control group before treatment (P<0. 01) and decreased at the 7 days and 14 days. The vaso-active substance of local mild hypothermia group were lower than that of routine treatment group at the same time (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01) .The concentration of NPY in plasma of the two groups were the same as the control group. It increased at the 7 days and 14 days in routine treatment group and had no alternation in local mild hypothermia group.Conclusion Local mild hypothermia therapy can obviously modulate the concentration of plasma NPY, NT, CGRP and ET post acute cerebral hemorrhage.
