非索那丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹临床研究

目的 了解盐酸非索那丁片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床有效性和安全性。方法 采用多中心、随机、双盲、平行对照的方法，试验组药品为盐酸非索那丁片，180mg／d；对照组药品为氯雷他啶片，10mg／d，两药均为每日口服1次疗程14d。结果 完成治疗122例，揭盲后显示试验组60例，对照组62例，试验组有效率为71．7％(43／60)。对照组有效率为50．0％(51／62)，两组疗效比较有统计学差异：128例入选病例中9例出现不良反应，发生率试验组为79％(5／63)，对照组为6．2％(4／65)。两组间无差别，无严重不良反应发生。结论 盐酸非索那丁片是一种治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹安全、有效的药物。

Clinical study on the efficacy and safety of fexofenadine in the treatment of chronic indiopathic urticaria

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fexofenadine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaris(CIU) Methods A multicenter,randomized,double blind,parallel controlled clinical study was conducted The patients with CIU received orally either fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg (test group) or loratadine 10mg(control group) once daily for 14 days Results A total of 122 patients with CIU were treated completely,of which 60 cases were in the test group,62 in the control group The effective rate in the test group was 71 7%(43/60),and in the control group 50 0%(31/62),there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups The adverse effects occurred in 9 cases of the 128 enrolled patients,and the incidence was 7 9%(5/63) in the test group,6 2%(4/65) in the control group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups Severe adverse effect was not observed Conclusion Fexofenadine hydrochloride is safe and effective for the treatment of CIU
