| 摘 要： | 本文对6例肾功能不全代偿期及20例肾功能不全失代偿期患者的血浆TXB_2进行了测定,并同97名健康者进行对比。发现:(1)肾功能不全代偿组的血浆TXB_2明显低于健康人(P>0.05)。(2)肾功能不全失代偿组的血浆TXB_2非常显著低于健康人(P<0.01)。作者认为肾功能不全患者存在明显的TXB_2代谢异常,这可能是尿毒症患者出血倾向的原因之一。

| Abstract: | The concentration of serum thromboxane B_2(TXB_2)in 6 patients with compensated renal failure and 20 patients wihout compensation were measured and compared with those of 37 normal subjects. The results showed: (1) the level of serum TXB_2 in the compensated group was significantly Tower than that of the normal group (p<0.05); (2) the level of serum TXB_2 in the decompensated group was lowered even more significantly than that of the normal group (p<0.01). These results indicate that there are some abnormalities in the metabolism of TXB_2 in patients with renal failure.And it might also be one of the causes of bleeding tendency in uremic patients. |
