循证护理路径在腹外科常见病护理中的应用

目的：探讨循证护理在普外科病房中的应用效果。方法：将207例患者随机分为对照组105例和观察组102例。对照给予常规护理,观察组同时给予循证护理。观察2组满意度评分、疾病知识普及评分、疼痛程度。结果：患者满意度评分、疾病知识普及情况得分2组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。观察组疼痛36例（35.29%）,对照组疼痛60例（57.14%）,观察组疼痛情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对在普外科就诊的患者实施循证护理,能显著提高患者的满意度及疾病普及率,减少患者的疼痛感。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing to the Care of the Patients with Common Disease of General Surgery

Objective：To find out the effects of evidence-based nursing in the wards of general surgery depart-ment. Methods：All 207 patients were randomized into 105 cases of the control group and 102 cases of the observa-tion group. The control group were administered with routine care and the observation group evidence-based nurs-ing. The scales of satisfaction degree, the scales of disease knowledge popularization, pain degree of both groups were observed. Results：The difference was significant between both groups in the scales of satisfaction degree and disease popularization （P〈0.05）. There were 36 cases suffering from pain in the observation group （35.29%） and 60 cases in the control group （51.14%）, the observation group was superior to the control group in the conditions of the pain （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing given to the patient in general surgery department could evi-dently improve satisfaction degree and disease popularization rate of the patients, as well as reduce the pain of the patients.
