喉三针治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征30例

目的：观察喉三针治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床疗效。方法：将60例睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用喉三针治疗,观察2组治疗前后嗜睡量表评分及睡眠中呼吸指标的变化。结果：治疗组治疗后,嗜睡量表评分、低通气指数、呼吸暂停低通气次数、最长呼吸暂停时间、最长呼吸低通气时间均较前改善（P〈0.05）,而对照组各项指标改善不明显。结论：喉三针可有效治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征。

Treating 30 Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome by Laryngeal Three Acupoints

Objective： To investigate therapeutic effects of laryngeal three acupoints in treating obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly separated into the treatment group and the control group, the control group were administered with routine treatment, the treatment group with la-ryngeal three acupoints on the foundation of routine treatment, the changes of Epworth sleeping scales and breathing indexes of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results：After treating, Epworth sleeping scales, ap-nea-hypoventilation index （AHI）, apnea-hypoventilation times （AHT）, longest apnea time and longest apnea-hy-poventilation time of the treatment group were improved compared with before treating （P〈0.05）, while the indexes of the control group were improved insignificantly. Conclusion：Laryngeal three acupoints are effective in treating OSAHS.
