小柴胡汤联合多靶点激素治疗肾病综合征60例

目的：观察小柴胡汤加味联合多靶点激素治疗方案对肾病综合征临床症状、免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法：将120例肾病综合征患者随机分为2组,观察组给予小柴胡汤加味联合多靶点激素治疗,对照组给予多靶点激素治疗。比较2组治疗前后临床症状积分、肾功能、免疫功能及炎症因子水平变化情况。结果：临床症状积分2组治疗后均明显降低（P〈0.05）,观察组降低更明显（P〈0.05）。白介素1β（IL-1β）、白介素-18（IL-18）治疗后2组均降低（P〈0.05）,观察组降低更明显（P〈0.05）。血清免疫球蛋白A（IgA）、血清免疫球蛋白G（IgG）、血清免疫球蛋白M（IgM）治疗后2组均升高（P〈0.05）,观察组升高更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：小柴胡汤加味联合多靶点激素治疗方案有助于改善肾功能、缓解炎症反应、提高免疫功能。

Xiao ChaiHu Tang Combined with Multiple Targets Hormone in Treating 60 Cases of Responsive Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective： To investigate the effects of therapeutic regimen modified Xiao ChaiHu Tang and multipletargets hormone on clinical symptom, immunity and the level of inflammatory factors of the patients with responsive nephrotic syndrome （RNS）. Methods：All 120 patients were randomized into two groups, the observation group received modified Xiao ChaiHu Tang and multiple targets hormone, the control group multiple targets therapy. The scales of clinical symptoms, the changes of renal function, immunity and inflammatory factors of both groups were compared between before and after treating. Results： The scales of clinical symptoms of both groups were lowered after treating notably （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the observation group was more evident （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-1βand IL-18 of both groups were decreased after treating （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the observation group was more significant （P〈0.05）. The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in both groups were improved after treating （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was more notable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Xiao ChaiHu Tang and multiple targets hormone are helpful to improve renal function, relieve inflammatory reaction and improve the immunity.
