| 摘 要： | 目的：优选天芪降糖颗粒的制备工艺。方法：以成型率、流动性、溶化性为指标,筛选赋形剂、润湿剂品种及配比,优选最佳成型工艺。结果：最佳制粒工艺：天花粉、茯苓粉碎,过80目筛,与流浸膏混合制软材,润湿剂为70%的乙醇,乙醇用量比为20%,CRH65%。结论：颗粒剂工艺合理,简便稳定,可用于大批量生产。

| Abstract: | Objective： To optimize preparation technology of TianQi JiangTang granules. Method： The best molding process was optimized by taking the shaping rate, fluidity and dissolubility as the indexes, excipient, the types of wetting agents and proportions were screened. Results：The optimal preparation technology： TianHuaFen （Trichosanthis Radix） and FuLing Poria cocos （Schw.）Wolf.] smashed, 80-mesh screen, mixed with fluid extract to make soft material, wetting agent was 70%ethanol, ethanol volume ratio was 20%and CRH 65%. Conclusion：The preparation of the granule is reasonable, simple and stable, it could be used for mass production. |
