医院人事管理制度改革探析

摘    要:医院人事制度改革势在必行,通过找准方向、搞活用人机制、实行绩效工资、控制支出等改革措施,使全院职工切实感受到了一种前所未有的危机感、紧迫感、责任感,同时也理顺了医、护、技、行政后勤之间的关系,使中层干部的责、权、利得到了真正体现,解决了分配不公的问题,从而调动了广大职工的工作热情和积极性,有利于医院的发展。

Abstract:The reform of hospital personnel system is imperative. By the reform measures of pinpointing the direction, enlivening personnel mechanism, implementing the performance-based pay system, controlling the pay and others, we should let the staff feel the unprecedented senses of crisis, urgency and responsibility, and rationalize the relationship among the doctor, nurse, technician and administrative staff, embody the duty, responsibility and interests of middle-level cadres, and solve the issue of unfair distribution, therefore, to arouse the enthusiasm of the staffs and promote hospital development.
