腹腔镜与传统疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的对比研究

目的 比较腹腔镜与传统疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果及优缺点。方法回顾性比较分析46例接受腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术（观察组）与43例接受传统疝囊高位结扎术（对照组）患者的临床资料。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛持续时间及住院时间少（短）于对照组（P〈0.01），而住院总费用高于对照组（P〈0.01）。两组并发症的发生率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05），但观察组的复发率（2.2%）明显低于对照组（13.9%），P〈0.05。结论腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝具有操作简便、创伤小、恢复快、复发率低等优点，是较为理想的微创术式。

Comparative study on laparoscopic and traditional hernia sac high ligation in the treatment of inguinal hernia in chil-dren

Objective To compare the clinical effect and advantage of laparoscopic and traditional hernia sac high liga-tion in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children. Methods The clinic data of 46 patients receiving laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation （observation group） and 43 patients receiving traditional hernia sac high ligation （control group） were retrospec-tively analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the observation group had shorter operation time, shorter pain dura-tion, shorter hospitalization time, smaller bleeding volume in operation and higher total hospitalization payment （P〈0.01）. The incidence of complications had no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）, but the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than the control group （2.2%vs 13.9%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation for in-guinal hernia in children is a simpler operation, it has less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, lower recurrence rate. It is an ideal way of operation.
