手术室开展优质护理服务对剖宫产产妇术后康复和泌乳功能的影响

目的：探讨手术室开展优质护理服务对剖宫产产妇术后康复和泌乳功能的影响。方法：选择100例剖宫产产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组同时给予优质护理。比较2组产妇术后康复（产后48小时子宫复旧和肛门首次排气时间）和泌乳功能（泌乳始动时间和泌乳量）变化。结果：肛门首次排气时间观察组为（25.43±4.52）小时,对照组为（31.37±3.87）小时,观察组短于对照组（P〈0.05）。48小时子宫复旧率观察组为92.0%,对照组为76.0%,观察组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。泌乳始动时间观察组为（25.67±8.53）小时,对照组为（29.77±9.46）小时,观察组短于对照组（P〈0.05）。产后48小时泌乳量充足率观察组为92.0%,对照组为76.0%,观察组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：手术室开展优质护理服务可明显促进剖宫产产妇术后康复,改善泌乳功能。

Influence of High Quality Nursing Carried out in the Operating Room on Postoperative Recovery and Lactation of the Patients after Cesarean Section

Objective： To discuss the effects of high quality nursing implemented in the operating room on postoperative recovery and lactation of the patients after cesarean section. Methods：One hundred patients were ran-domly allocated to the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine care and the ob-servation group high quality nursing. The changes of postoperative recovery （uterine involution in 48 hours after the delivery and first exhaust time of the anal） and lactation （the initial time of lactation and the volume） in both groups were compared. Results： Anal first exhaust time of the observation group was （25.43±4.52） hours, shorter than （31.37±3.87） hours of the control group （P〈0.05）. Uterine involution rate in 48 hours after the delivery in the obser-vation group was 92.0%, higher than 76.0%of the control group （P〈0.05）. The initial time of lactation in the obser-vation group was （25.67±8.53） hours, less than （29.77±9.46） hours of the control group （P〈0.05）. Adequacy rate of lactation volume in 48 hours after the delivery in the observation group was 92.0%, higher than 76.0%of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：High quality nursing carried out in the operating room could remarkably promote post-operative recovery and lactation of the patients.
