中西医结合治疗围绝经期功血40例

目的：观察中西医结合治疗围绝经期功血患者的疗效及对性激素水平的影响。方法：将80例围绝经期功血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予大剂量安宫黄体酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用补肾固冲汤,1剂/d,水煎分服,连续用药1个月。结果：总有效率观察组为92.5%,对照组为75.0%,观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后2组血红蛋白（Hb）水平均较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.05）,观察组升高更明显（P〈0.05）。雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）、血清促卵泡激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）水平2组治疗后明显降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组降低更显著（P〈0.05）。子宫内膜厚度2组治疗后均明显变薄,观察组变化更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾固冲汤联合黄体酮治疗围绝经期功血疗效确切,可改善患者的贫血症状,调节性激素水平。

Treating 40 Patients with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding during Perimenopausal Period by Integrative Medicine

Objective：To explore the influence of integrative medicine on the patients with dysfunctional uter-ine bleeding during perimenopausal period and the levels of sex hormone. Methods：Eighty patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given with a heavy dose of medroxyprogesterone acetate, the observation group took BuShen GuChong Tang, one dose per day, water decocted, for one month. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 75.0%of the control group, clinical effects of the observation group were superior to these of the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of Hb were raised significantly after treating compared with before treating （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observa-tion group was more remarkable （P〈0.05）. The levels of E2, LH, FSH and P of both groups after treating were de-creased significantly （P〈0.05）, the decrease of the control group was more significant （P〈0.05）. Endometrial thick-ness of both groups after treating thinned notably, the changes of the observation group were more significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：BuShen GuChong Tang jointed with progesterone could obtain definite effects for the patients with dys-functional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period, the therapy could improve anemia of the patients and reg-ulate the level of sex hormone.
