醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死50例

目的：观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例,2组均给予对症支持处理,观察组同时给予醒脑静注射液40 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,2组均连续治疗7天,观察2组治疗不同时间点血清S-100β蛋白、TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6水平及NIHSS评分变化情况。结果：治疗后7天时,观察组TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6水平均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,从治疗后1天开始观察组血清S-100β蛋白即明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后7天及出院时NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：脑静注射液可抑制急性脑梗死患者的炎症反应,改善神经功能。

XingNaoJing Injection in Treating 50 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To investigate curative effects of XingNaoJing injection in treating the patients with a-cute cerebral infarction. Methods：One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were administered with symptomatic treatment, the observation group received intravenous drip-ping of XingNaoJing injection, 40 mL, once per day, the levels of IL-6, IL-1, TNF-αand serum S-100βalbumen at different times, and the changes of NIHSS scales were observed when both groups were treated for seven consecu-tive days. Results：After treating in seven days, the observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of IL-6, IL-1 and TNF-α （P〈0.05）, the observation group was lower than the control group notably in the level of serum S-100βalbumen at the first day after treating （P〈0.05）, NIHSS scales of the observation groups were lower than these of the control group in seven days after treating and at the discharging time notably （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：XingNaoJing injection could inhibit inflammatory response and improve nerve functions of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
