鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变、HPV感染并宫颈炎40例

目的：观察鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变、HPV感染并宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。2组均于月经干净1-2天后通过窥阴器对宫颈进行暴露,对宫颈和阴道穹窿部进行消毒,取鱼腥草粉1.5 g在宫颈表面和阴道穹窿部均匀涂抹,隔天再上药。观察组同时给予中药汤剂,1剂/d。2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。结果：观察组HPV转阴38例,转阴率95.0%;对照组HPV转阴29例,转阴率72.5%。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。HPV负荷组各个级别CIN转归无明显有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变、HPV感染并宫颈炎可提高HPV转阴率,此外HPV感染的严重程度与慢性宫颈炎的转归密切相关。

YuXing Cao and TCM Decoction in Treating 40 Patients Suffering from Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia,HPV Infection and Cervicitis

Objective：To obseve clinical effecs of YuXing Cao （Houttuynia cordata Thunb.） and TCM decoc-tion in treaing the patients suffering from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）, HPV infection and cervicitis. Methods： Eighty cases were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in both groups were asked to exposure their cervixes by vaginal speculum after their period was finished in one to two days, the cervixes and vaginal fornix were sterilized, and smeared with YuXing Cao onto the surface, 1.5 g, applied in the next day. The observation group took TCM decoction, warm water decocted, one dose per day. Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles consecutively. Results：There were 38 cases with HPV negative conversion in the observation group, HPV negative conversion rate was 95.0%; and 29 cases with HPV negative conversion in the control group, HPV negative conversion rate was 72.5%. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The comparison showed no significant difference in CIN outcomes with HPV load of different levels between both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：YuXing Cao and TCM decoction in treaing the patients suffering from CIN, HPV infection and cervicitis could raise HPV negative conversion rate. In addition, the severity of HPV infection is closely related to the conse-quences of chronic cervicitis.
