丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病42例

目的：观察丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效及对血浆脑钠钛（BNP）的影响。方法：将84例慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组给予常规治疗低流量吸氧、控制感染、平喘祛痰、利尿、强心、纠正电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱等综合治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上每天给予丹红注射液静脉滴注,疗程为14天。治疗前后测定动脉血气、血浆BNP,观察临床症状及体征。结果：总有效率对照组为83.3%,治疗组为95.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组动脉血气、血浆BNP较对照组有明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论：丹红注射液可以改善慢性肺源性心脏病的临床症状,改善通气,降低血浆BNP浓度。

DanHong Injection in Treating 42 Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective：To survey therapeutic effects of DanHong injection in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease and its influence on BNP. Methods：Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received comprehensive treatment including low flow rate oxygen inhalation, controlling the infection, relieving asthma and eliminating the phlegm, diuresis, strengthening the heart, correcting electrolyte imbalance and disturbance of acid-base balance. The treatment group accepted intravenous dripping of DanHong injection each day on the foundation of routine treatment, 14 days were one course of the treatment. Arterial blood gas and plasma BNP were detected before and after treating, clinical symptoms and body signs were observed. Results：Total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, lower than 95.2%of the treatment group with signifi-cant difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was more significant than the control group in the improvements of arterial blood gas and plasma BNP （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：DanHong injection could improve clinical symptom of the patients and the ventilation, it could decrease the concentrations of plasma BNP.
