| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血压对针刺治疗周围性面瘫的疗效影响。方法：将周围性面瘫患者分为高血压组168例与正常血压组144例,2组进行相同针刺及电针治疗,治疗4个疗程后对疗效进行统计分析。结果：正常血压组在痊愈率优于高血压组（P〈0.05）;正常血压组治愈时间明显短于高血压组（P〈0.05）。结论：高血压可影响周围性面瘫的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of blood pressure on curative effects of acupuncture in the treatment for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：The patients suffering from peripheral facial paralysis were divid-ed into 168 cases of the hypertension group and 144 cases of normal blood pressure group, they accepted needling and acusector, the results were analyzed statistically after treating in four courses of the treatment. Results：Normal blood pressure group was superior to the hypertension group in cure rate（P〈0.05）;normal blood pressure group was shorter than the hypertension group remarkably in cure time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Hypertension could affect the recovery of peripheral facial paralysis. |
