定喘汤治疗哮喘急性发作期患儿120例

目的：观察定喘汤治疗小儿哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法：将240例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各120例。对照组给予解痉、扩张支气管、抗炎、抗感染、平喘等常规治疗,观察组加服定喘汤,1剂/d。2组均连续用药14天。结果：临床控制率观察组为64.17%,对照组为46.67%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。总有效率观察组为97.50%,对照组为85.83%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。日间、夜间的症状积分2组治疗后均明显改善（P〈0.05）,观察组改善较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论：定喘汤治疗小儿哮喘急性发作期临床疗效显著。

DingChuan Tang in the Treatment for 120 Cases of Asthma at Acute Exacerbation in Children

Objective：To survey therapeutic effects of DingChuan Tang in treating children with asthma at a-cute exacerbation. Methods：All 240 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment including relieving the spasm, dilating bronchia, fighting against the infec-tion, relieving the asthma and others, the observation group took DingChuan Tang, one dose per day. Both groups were medicated for 14 days. Results：Clinical control rate of the observation group was 64.17%, higher than 46.67%of the control group with notable difference （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, su-perior to 85.83%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Daily and nightly symptom scales of both groups were improved obviously after treating （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：DingChuan Tang could obtain remarkable effects in treating children with asthma at acute exacerbation.
